Cancellation Policy for ResoFAST

At ResoFAST (Resonance Forward Admission Scholarship Test), we value every student’s time and commitment. This Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which a scheduled exam may be cancelled or rescheduled, and the rights of students in such cases.

1. Candidate-Initiated Cancellations

Once a student completes registration and payment, cancellation requests by the student are not permitted.
No refund will be issued for voluntary cancellations or inability to attend the examination.
Candidates are encouraged to carefully review eligibility and availability before registering.

2. Institution-Initiated Cancellations

Resonance Hyderabad reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a ResoFAST test under the following conditions:

Unforeseen Circumstances: Natural disasters, technical issues, government regulations, or any event beyond the institution’s control.
Low Enrolment: If the number of registrations at a particular test center is insufficient.
Administrative Reasons: Internal policy updates, compliance requirements, or safety concerns.

3. Rescheduling Options

If a test is cancelled by the institution, students will be offered an alternate test date or center at no additional cost.
If the student is unable to attend the rescheduled exam, they may request a refund as per the Refund Policy.

4. Notifications

Candidates will be informed of any cancellations or changes via the registered mobile number, email, and website updates. It is the responsibility of the student/parent to check official communication channels regularly.

5. Force Majeure Clause

Resonance Hyderabad shall not be held liable for cancellations caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, political unrest, epidemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
