Terms & Conditions for ResoFAST

Welcome to ResoFAST (Resonance Forward Admission Scholarship Test). By registering for and participating in ResoFAST, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

ResoFAST is open to students studying in classes as specified in the official announcement.
Candidates must provide accurate personal and academic details during registration.
The institution reserves the right to cancel registrations if eligibility criteria are not met.

2. Registration & Payment

Registration must be completed through the official ResoFAST portal or authorized partners.
Once payment is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases covered under the Refund Policy.
Incomplete or false registration details will result in cancellation of candidature.

3. Examination Rules

Candidates must carry a valid Admit Card and a photo ID to the examination center (for offline mode).
Any form of malpractice, impersonation, or use of unfair means will lead to immediate disqualification.
For online examinations, candidates must ensure a stable internet connection, working webcam, and compliance with online proctoring rules.

4. Scholarships & Results

Scholarships are awarded based on performance, as per the evaluation process determined by Resonance Hyderabad.
The decision of the evaluation committee is final and binding.
Scholarship benefits are applicable only for admissions into Resonance Hyderabad campuses and are not transferable.

5. Conduct & Discipline

Students are expected to maintain discipline during the examination and admission process.
Any misbehavior towards staff, proctors, or other candidates may result in disqualification.

6. Intellectual Property

All ResoFAST materials, including question papers, logos, and promotional content, are the intellectual property of Resonance Hyderabad.
Copying, reproducing, or distributing exam content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Resonance Hyderabad is not responsible for any technical failures, internet issues, or unforeseen delays that affect participation.
The institution’s liability is limited only to the extent of the registration fee paid.

8. Modifications & Cancellations

Resonance Hyderabad reserves the right to modify the exam structure, dates, or policies at any time.
In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, alternate arrangements will be provided in line with the Cancellation Policy.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

Personal and academic data collected during registration will be used strictly for exam administration, result processing, and admission purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
